I recommend using your favorite Aida, Evenweave or Linen fabric in a medium grey or black color.

I used Aida 14ct black fabric

93 x 93 stitches

On 32ct fabric, stitching 2 over 2 will give you:

5.8 x 5.8 inches (14.8cm x 14.8cm)

On 14ct fabric, stitching 1 over 1 will give you:

6.6 x 6.6 inches (16.9cm x 16.9cm)

Add generous margins to your fabric so the design is not too close to the sides

Use 2 strands of floss
